I have been a fan of strobing since I read about it in an article. Oh wait, I've mentioned that here already. Here are the ten best highlighters for 2015, in no particular order. :)

Benefit Watt's Up is a personal favorite. So is High Beam. I prefer Watt's Up though, because it is easier to use. Still, both give me gorgeous glow and are perfect for strobing. That's why they are part of this list. :) Again, here are the ten best highlighters for 2015.
