#SumptuousSaturdays: Hole in the Wall

I've been on soft diet since Monday following the extraction of wisdom teeth. After our trip to the dressmaker yesterday, I was craving for good food. My cousins and I went straight to Hole in the Wall in Century City Mall.

Hole in the wall (noun): a small place that is not fancy or expensive.
Hole in the Wall is Century City's version of a food court, a sosyal food court at that. As such, it is not what you really expect from a hole in the wall. Since it opened in 2014, Hole in the Wall attracted foodies and ordinary citizens.

I love how Hole in the Wall is set up as well as the fact that it offers various choices. My family finds it hard to decide where to eat because of our different preferences in food. This set-up is perfect for us. We have lots of choices to choose from. It is also a far cry from the other food courts. Hole in the Wall is divided into different sections which reflect the diversity of the restaurants therein.

I have seen photos of Bad Bird on Instagram. Obviously, I just had to try their Umami Fried Chicken with Dirty Rice. After all, it is my first meal in five days! My cousin, on the other hand, had Sisig from Posporo. Another cousin had Pulled Pork from Mister Delicious.

Appetizer from Mister Delicious. I do not know what it is called.

The Dirty Rice Plate is just so good. I love their Dirty Rice. And of course, the Umami Fried Chicken. It's just too bad that my cheeks still hurt every time I chew. I am definitely going back once I am fully healed and to try the other stalls as well.

Craving for good food? Head over to Hole in the Wall! I will be back, I promise. :)
