Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream_Ex

Happy New Year! I am back from my relatively short yet fulfilling vacation. I intend to blog about my six day trip to Japan but I have to finish uploading the photos first. I have hundreds of them. In the meantime, let me review this awesome product from Laneige.

I got this package from Sample Room a week before Christmas. I received one tin can with sixty blisters inside which according to Sample Room was the equivalent of one full size. Of course, I instantly fell in love with the cute packaging.

Sixty Blisters inside the Tin Can

I was so excited to try this moisturizer because of the good reviews that I have been reading online. As with any other facial product, I was hesitant at first to try this given my sensitive skin. Nevertheless, i knew that I had to give it a try in order to help me write a decent review for Sample Room.

I was very happy with the product. My skin felt smoother after applying the product. I love how fast my skin absorbed the product without making it look or feel oily. I wanted to try it for one whole week before deciding whether or not I should buy it. I knew I had to check first if the product would have an adverse effect on my skin.

As I have combination skin (which means that while the center of my face is oily, the other parts are dry), my derma said that I should only apply moisturizers when needed. An opportunity to further try this product presented itself when I was in Japan.

Since it's winter in Japan, the lower part of my face became very dry. The areas the surround my lips were very flaky because of the temperature drop (7 degrees celsius on the average, but a far cry from Manila's 31 degrees).

It's a good thing that I brought several packs with me. Indeed, Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream_Ex is perfect for these kinds of situations, without causing my skin to break out. Of course, I did not apply it on my T-Zone, only in those areas that have become flaky.

Yes, I recommend Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream Ex to those with sensitive skin like me! However, only apply it as needed. You do not want your skin to get so oily.
