Flashback Friday: Princeton University

2:54 PM

Perhaps, one of the things I regret is not going after my dream of going to another country to study. When I was in high school, I would always tell my friends that I would fly to the United States right after graduation to study there. Somewhere along the way, I lost sight of that goal.

My family and I visited Princeton University two years ago, on my last summer vacation as a law student. My dreams of studying in a foreign country, in an Ivy League University no less, came back to me.  But two years have passed and I am nowhere near in pursuing that dream.

Don't get me wrong, I am very proud of the education that I received from both UST and San Beda. But there's just something exciting (yet terrifying) about studying in a different country.

For one, it exposes you to a different culture.
Second, it teaches you independence.
Third, it gives you a different perspective.

Oh and who wouldn't want to study in a gorgeous place? Plus, I get to wear different clothes depending on the season! Hehe

Truly, Princeton University is beautiful. I wish I could have entered a classroom to get a feel of what they're doing there.

Oh well, I'm definitely going back to the US and go on different campus tours.
