Traffic to and from Cavite was intense. Thankfully, I wore something light in preparation for the hot weather. Unfortunately, we don't get to enjoy cool December weather this year.
After our annual Christmas reunion with my relatives from my father's side, we had the mistake of driving to Tagaytay thinking that people barely go there on Christmas day. Unfortunately, it seemed like everybody's there. We ended up driving back to Manila, had dinner at 11:15PM at the first Mcdonald's that we pass by (which by the way was somewhere in Mamplasan Exit in South Luzon Expressway). Still, I had a very wonderful and meaningful Christmas. I hope you did too. :)
Driving up to Cavite on Christmas Day is part of our family's tradition. We spend Christmas with my relatives from my father's side. This is actually our first Christmas following my grandfather's passing in August.

There being no more kids on this side of my family, we spent Christmas bonding over delicious food prepared by my aunts and bottles of wine. There, it's official, diet's ruined. (In a way, my soft diet last week actually helped... A LOT!! Haha.
