Basically, it is about looking sharp in the workplace to help you make your point: you mean business. While some say that power dressing has long been gone, I share the view of most stylists that it is more relevant now.
Undeniably, power dressing reflects the paradigm shift that has accompanied the emergence of new opportunities for women.

3. Avoid glittery makeup

Sure, you have different bags at home. Sure, they all have designer brands. But are they appropriate for work? Professionals should avoid bringing sling bags to work. To look more professionals, a structured tote bag is highly suggested.
There's nothing wrong with dressing comfortably. But there's nothing wrong with having a little fun with what you wear either. I do not believe that good looks and image have nothing to do with success. Of course, going to work in your sneakers and polo shirt may damage your professional image.
